A prominent NPC in the Game is Judy Alvarez. There are many missions involving her.

If you do all the missions in a way that pleases her you get to play the final mission with her, "Pyramid Song".

That mission finishes with a sex scene.

But be for-warned, you need to play the game as a female as that's the way Judy swings.
